Title: A Memorable Stay at an Exquisite Hotel, Thanks to Poula and Huaan! Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel that truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted by two exceptional individuals who made my experience truly unforgettable - Poula, Anna and Huaan, the extraordinary receptionists. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was immediately captivated by its elegant ambiance and immaculate surroundings. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Poula and Huaan's warm and friendly demeanors. Their genuine smiles and welcoming attitude instantly made me feel at home. Throughout my stay, Poula and Huaan consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. Their exceptional attention to detail and personalized service left a lasting impression on me. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had, making me feel like a valued guest. Poula's professionalism and extensive knowledge of the hotel's amenities and services were truly remarkable. She effortlessly guided me through the various facilities, ensuring I made the most of my stay. Whether it was booking a spa treatment or recommending local attractions, Poula's expertise was invaluable. Huaan, on the other hand, possessed an innate ability to anticipate my needs. He took the time to understand my preferences and tailored his suggestions accordingly. From recommending the finest dining options to arranging transportation for sightseeing, Huaan's dedication to providing a personalized experience was exceptional. Beyond their exceptional customer service, Poula and Huaan's genuine warmth and friendliness made me feel like part of a family. Their passion for ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay was evident in every interaction. They truly embody the spirit of hospitality and set the bar high for exceptional service.

It is very difficult to rate this place. It is without a doubt a super cool spot with super cool people all over the place. The place is gorgeous but somehow disorganized and chaotic. There was no bellman when you get out of your cab and we had to carry your bag up the stairs. We noted this to be common. Then when we were leaving, our bellman ran around for 10 minutes to get us a cab with road closures all over the place and he was a joy. You have to wait 10 minutes in line to get your coffee for breakfast but then once you get it, it is the best damn coffee you’ve ever had and the barista is ready and willing to make you anything, including an espresso martini in the morning. You can’t get the attention of the waitress in the bar because she is too busy talking to her friends for 20 minutes, but then the drinks,once you get them, are spectacular. Anyway, there lots to like about this place including the location which is both out of the way and in the heart of it all.

The attention to detail is out of this world—every flower, color, and light seems to have a purpose, and you can really tell how much thought went into creating this space. I’ve worked in and stayed at a lot of hotels, but this one tops them all in every way. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! They even had a barista who really knew his stuff and could whip up any specialty coffee you wanted. It’s on the 9th floor so the view was BEAUTIFUL! I live in the UAE, where they claim to have luxury hotels, but this place trumps all the ‘luxury’ hotels I’ve stayed in there so far. A special shoutout to Vimy (I hope I got her name right). She checked me in after a long 12-hour journey and made the experience so much better. This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Stay here, it’s worth it!

We stayed for 4 nights 17/2 - 21/2 On arrival we were welcome by Guillermo, offered a glass of prosecco which was welcome following an easyjet mistake in our booking The room was lovely, breakfast is simply fantastic and the coffee baristas, the chap on the grill, the staff at the desk and for me the abundance of fruit and yogurt - perfect The bar is so bustling in the evening and a great atmosphere Our waitress for dinner in a local pizzeria said she goes to Only You each payday to have breakfast!! You are right in the heart of town and there is a real pride from the staff in the hotel and the locals around their city - we arrived a week PRIOR to a big festival and it sounds like that is the time to be there but over 5 days we were entertained everyday

Great position in the old town, the most amazing staff of any hotel we have stayed at! A lovely greeting and smile from Gabrielle on our arrival who was very helpful sorting our bags. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The Breakfast service and quality were amazing, the Barrister made individual speciality coffees ( we had a Bon Bon, iced with Baileys, served in a glass pipe…. 🤩) Nothing was to much trouble …. Sparkling wine was also included…. ) The hotel bedrooms were immaculate and individual in design… we loved the giraffe print dressing gowns and lovely bathroom facilities.
